Your Impact and Contribution As an Advanced Analytics Analyst, you'll support the team in delivering insights, reporting and analytical solutions that help drive pricing performance and decision-making across the Home Buying portfolio. Working alongside experienced analysts, pricing specialists and business stakeholders, you will help transform complex data into meaningful insights that support better outcomes for customers and the business. To achieve this, you may expect to:
• Analyse pricing, customer and portfolio data to identify trends, opportunities and performance insights • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and analytical assets used by business stakeholders • Support the creation and enhancement of data solutions that underpin pricing tools and decision-making • Work with Product, Pricing, Risk and Technology teams to understand business problems and deliver data-driven solutions • Translate analytical findings into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders • Assist with monitoring pricing performance, customer outcomes and portfolio trends • Contribute to test-and-learn activities and support evaluation of pricing initiatives • Ensure data quality, accuracy and integrity across analytical outputs • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to automate and streamline processes • Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on learning, growth and delivering business value
Your Skills and Experience You are a curious and analytical problem solver who enjoys working with data to uncover insights and support better business decisions. You are comfortable working with large datasets and are motivated by the opportunity to learn and grow within a highly analytical environment. We're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:
• Experience analysing data and delivering insights that support business decision-making • Strong SQL capability and experience working with structured datasets • Experience with Python, R, SAS or similar analytical tools • Exposure to reporting, dashboard development or analytical solutions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail • An understanding of how data can be used to solve business problems and drive outcomes • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain findings to both technical and non-technical audiences • A proactive and collaborative approach to working with stakeholders and team members • Curiosity, learning agility and a desire to continually develop analytical capability • Tertiary qualifications in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related quantitative discipline
