Analyze and Design current and future state processes and identify appropriate gap analysis. Utilize facilitation and communication expertise to foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment in workflow design Conducts workflow observation to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Executes change management strategies leveraging ADKAR methodologies to ensure smooth transitions. Facilitates and identifies of resistance to change and develops strategies to address it. Integrates organizational change management activities into project schedules to ensure smooth implementation. Other duties as assigned.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, or similar tools. • Experience supporting large-scale initiatives; M&A experience preferred.

Pay Range:
$54,680.66 - $101,717.57 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
