Roles & responsibilities The position in discussion is with the KGS Recruitment Process Optimization (RPO) team for the US geography, as part of Business Services capability, which is an integral part of the firm’s strategy to enhance innovation, end-client support, and improve profitability globally. KGS RPO team has been providing solutions to KPMG member firms globally. By leveraging insights and applying best practices, the RPO team assists member firms in streamlining their recruitment process by identifying qualified candidates for their current and future talent needs. The team’s capabilities include candidate sourcing, diversity hiring, leadership hiring, campus hiring and candidate outreach, talent mapping & insights. We are recruiting for an Analyst in the RPO team. Working as an Analyst in the team, your responsibilities will include: —Source quality CVs through deep web techniques within the stipulated time —Conduct market mapping exercises to gather and analyze talent. —Identify prospective targets using job boards, internal databases, diversity tools, LinkedIn, deep web search and other sourcing tools. —Determine parameters for prioritizing candidates such as identify which types of profiles are of greatest interest, and be able to create appropriate Boolean search strings —Maintain and update candidate records in tracking database. —Establish strong professional relationships with onshore team members —Create basic reports, LinkedIn projects for recruiters, and assist with competitive analysis to help strategize sourcing activities. —Build profile pipeline of targeted individuals, competitor team and reporting structures, and develops organizational charts —Extend support to a business unit strategy initiative around business development, knowledge management, quality, process improvement, task management, etc.
Skills and Experience •Articulate, with excellent written and verbal communication skills •Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations without compromising on quality, and ethical standards and values •Ability to work with various project leads and on multiple projects •Willingness to work in a highly demanding and results oriented team environment where priorities can change frequently •Ability to prioritize the tasks with effective time management skills •Self-driven and an effective team player This role is for you if you have the below Educational qualifications •Bachelors Work experience •0-6 months in relevant domain •Preferred exposure to international work setup Mandatory technical & functional skills •At least 0-6 months of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in talent sourcing role with a professional services/recruitment consultancy firm Should have a working knowledge of Boolean search Preferred technical & functional skills •Prior experience of working on a CRM/ATS system •Understanding of US geography Key behavioral attributes/requirements •Team player, work planner and a good organizer •Integrity, accountability, decision making •Driving quality results, resilience, customer focused •Effective interpersonal skill and creative thinker
