About this role

This role serves as the dedicated data and insights anchor for the HR Center of Excellence (CoE), safeguarding the integrity, analysis, and visibility of the domain’s key metrics Based on the requirements and fit, the role will be aligned to one of the HR COEs viz Talent & PD, Culture & IDE, Rewards or HR BP. This role owns the operational data engine handling regular reporting cycles, synthesizing complex data sets, and maintaining high-integrity dashboards.

·Leadership and management of all Sickness Case Work to with responsibility for the hand off to the Employee Relations (ER) at point of complexity and/or exit ·Partnering with Health and Safety and Microlink to manage Colleague adjustments with follow on check ins to ensure the impact is delivered ·Managing OH and associated Case work including Mental Health/Non critical illness ·Manage complex OH referrals from a Performance case (RPP) migrating the case to the ER team if required and if the case is progressing through the stages ·Leadership of critical illness cases and supporting colleagues through the application process with the support of E2 Colleagues to achieve. ·Managing cases in conjunction with the Group Income Protection provider through to conclusion/rehab or with an appropriate handoff to the ER to manage the exit. ·Conducting exit interviews ·Supporting E-D promotions quarterly cycles ·Supporting Step progressions quarterly cycles ·4 week trigger reporting and proactively advising on next steps ·Processing New Student Health Questionnaires and advising on next steps ·Prepare and present at moderation panels · Process ad-hoc leavers request •You will be the first point of contact for such queries and cases, with the expectation to escalate to Onshore team where appropriate considering complexity and nature of the case and response to information received •You will be expected to be accountable and proactive, ensuring all queries and tasks are resolved accurately and within Service Level Agreement (SLA), escalating where appropriate to the People Advisory Lead. •Manage varied noncomplex People Advisory activity including casework and cyclical activities •Ensuring all records, systems and documentation are accurately updated and compliant with KPMG requirements •Demonstrate strong customer service skills understanding the needs of our clients and our role within People Operations •Work as part of a team and the business to ensure a smooth and seamless service is given to colleagues •Proactively develop strong and enduring relationships with key stakeholders, including business contacts, Centres of Excellence and external parties •Ad hoc reporting across various systems including analysis and bespoke reports e.g. attrition reporting •Proactively support and add value to Group People and Resourcing function

Experience working in an HR shared services or Customer Services environment; in a financial services industry Have a good degree of understanding in applying employment law, keeping up to date with changes and legal advancements; Have proven experience in building Senior Stakeholder relationships and communicating with people at all levels with a focus on customer experience and a quality outcome Qualified or studying towards Human Resource Management degree or equivalent An ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels, building rapport and challenging professionally; High levels of resilience, with experience of working in a highly pressurised client centric environment; Excellent attention to detail; Excellent communicator – written and verbal with the ability to write and respond in a professional, customer focused manner The ability to influence and confidently negotiate at all levels; Good organisational, literacy and numeracy skills; The ability to prioritise workload in a high pressure, autonomous environment; and Good proficiency with IT Office, including: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. as well as SAP HR, Appain,, HRSD (ServiceNow) Success Factors or equivalent HR system.
