About this role
KGS US Advisory Digital is a 7-member, multi-capability team supporting sales enablement, content harvesting and knowledge management, advanced analytics, and automation efforts for US Advisory.
·Support senior team members to maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, Knowledge Leads across US MF ·Content harvesting, lifecycle management and risk management ·Working on metadata and taxonomy on the SharePoint online environment ·Attend network/practice calls/events to develop relationships, identify subject matter experts and identify opportunities to enhance the program ·Support team in delivery of all content services being offered to the business and contribute to continuous improvement program for these services ·Participate and contribute to designing/ maintaining communication channels like Newsletters and MS teams channels ·Ability to identify and contribute towards process improvement and thorough process documentation
This role is for you if you have the below Educational qualifications •Minimum qualification – Any Graduate Work experience •Total number of years of work experience : 0 to 1 years Key behavioural attributes/requirements ·Ability to interact credibly with senior business stakeholders ·Ability to clearly articulate the KM solutions, processes and associated value ·Proactive work style and ability to work under own initiative ·Excellent communication skills ·Working knowledge of MS 365 suite, GenAI tools ·Ability to pick up features of SharePoint and MS Office programs, specifically MS Teams ·Go getter, ability to think on the feet ·Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment ·Ability to prioritize and support team members on deliver on time and with highest quality Other information •Interview process: 3 •Does the job role involve travelling: No •Does the busy season apply to this role?: No
