The role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Punch List Coordinator to join our Iraq Business Unit.

This Project aims to take over the existing asset and maximize the production in 2 phases. This is a fast-track project and schedule-oriented Design to enhance the production.

The Phase 1 will restore, upgrade, and develop the current plant (CPF1) including: Restoration of initial CPF1 capacity; building a new export pipeline (24”, ~30km); restoration of CPF1 integrity and operability; flaring elimination and released water; development of new flowlines, pads, and electrification network for approximately 30 new wells; debottlenecking of the plant; upgrade of the Safety and Security facilities.

Our scope is to provide Engineering, Procurement services and Construction assistance (EPsCa) for the initial development phase of the field in Southern Iraq. The scope of services includes FEED, detailed design, procurement support, and construction and commissioning assistance.

Job Objectives:

• To adopt & demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to HSSE requirements. • To adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy and to promote and enforce the Corporate Anti-Corruption Program within the project team. • To ensure that latest digital and carbon footprint reduction initiatives are studied and implemented if possible. • To ensures the completions database development and set-up with systemization, punch-list raising and clearing. • To walkdown coordination, allocation and closure of check sheets A, B and C, and Coordination with other stakeholder disciplines to develop the completions database and Handover Dossiers. • To provides clear guidance to the EPC contractor and facilitates resolution of completions issues to meet Project objectives and milestones. • To provides Weekly report with forecast of the Punch List closure. • To support the completion, ICAPS Pre-commissioning, commissioning and Start Up activities. • To ensure the ICAPS network is always available. • To oversight Contractor on completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities. • To support the establishment of specific mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning/start-up progress reporting tools and indicators. • To develop / prepare and follow-up the mechanical completion and commissioning/start-up dossiers to COMPANY. • To follow the Contractor's Pre-Com & commissioning activities as per OPERCOM using ICAPS software. • To Track, report of all pre-commissioning / commissioning activities and the receipt and review of all Completion dossiers Ready for Commissioning and Achievement of Commissioning. • To report the progress of Punch List closure with highlight of risk of schedule slippage.

Expected:

Professional Experience (years): >20 years in Oil and Gas projects

Experience in similar position (years): At least 3 years of experience in similar position during project, relevant site experience in an onshore field and 10 years as Commissioning Manager is required. Experience as Production Manager, Site Manager or equivalent is also required to meet the Filed Operation aspects of this position.

• Knowledgeable of TOTAL rules and specifications • Knowledgeable of OPERCOM and ICAPS • Knowledgeable of Crystal Report and SQL Server installation • Good communication skills and fluency in English • Good interpersonal and diplomatic skills

Level / Diploma: Engineer

Languages: English mandatory

The position will be based in Basra (Iraq) on rotational basis (4 weeks On/4 weeks Off)
