About this role
Your responsibilities as a General Consulting & Strategy (Legal) Manager (f/m/d) will primarily include:
- You will handle all aspects of labor law (individual and collective labor law) and work closely with our HR team - You will provide advice on human rights issues (particularly fact-finding) - You will serve as the point of contact for the interfaces with the relevant corporate functions, ensuring an efficient flow of information between the corporate level and LGBS - Together with the team, you will further develop our investment structures and the associated governance from a legal perspective. In doing so, you will serve as an advisor to management and the organization (companies and business locations) on legal matters - You will prepare decision-making documents for management, analyze complex data, and present it in a format suitable for management
Ihr Profil:
You are a fully licensed attorney and ideally have at least three years of professional experience in a similar position or at a law firm. In addition, you have the following qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and, ideally, corporate law; experience in data protection and compliance is a plus - Practical experience in labor law, preferably in an international corporate environment - Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to quickly analyze complex issues and develop pragmatic solutions - Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style with strong execution skills. - A confident demeanor, as well as diplomacy and strong social and intercultural skills - Strong communication skills, conflict resolution skills, and experience in project management - Fluency in spoken and written German and English
