The successful candidate will have:
Experience in general clerical/administrative workExperience of operation of administrative systemsAble to organise and manage time efficiently and effectively whilst being flexibleMaintains confidentialityExcellent interpersonal, communication and organisations skillsExcellent ICT skills and experience using Microsoft Office packagesWork constructively as part of a team, understanding school roles and responsibilities and your own position within theseConfidence and ability to relate well to children and adults; proactive friendly ‘can do’ attitudeShows enthusiasm and commitment to undertaking tasks as required and in particular in seeing tasks through to completionTakes responsibility for work tasks and quality, managing own workload and deadlines in conjunction with manager guidanceA good sense of humourA knowledge of school student MIS systems would be an advantageFirst aid trained or willingness to undertake first aid trainingCommunity Academies Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
