About this role
Reporting to the Client Implementaion Manager, the Client Implementation Business Analyst will be part of a team responsible for implementing Experian Health products with a focus on billing, coding, and claims within healthcare revenue cycle.
You'll have opportunity to:
Assist Revenue Cycle Consultant and Technical Consultant teams in the implementation of Experian's Claim Source revenue cycle management systemReview internal process, recommend and develop changes to improve systems efficiency, automation, and effectivenessDocument complex solutions to internal and external clientsAssess project complexity and estimate implementation timeframeProvide input to improve product documentation and trainingAssign and monitor detailed project tasks and communicate summary level information to management and involved partiesCommunicate status with team members, end-users and clients within client expectations including participating in regular client callsDevelop relationships with clients and service/sales teamMonitor accuracy and completeness of all assigned jobs· Provide technical support including testing, debugging, troubleshooting and implementing necessary program updatesAnalyze customer data including performing optimizations and edit reviews with customers, review and evaluate payer notificationCollaborate with internal and external groups to define process requirements for project 4+ years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle4+ years hospital or clinic billing experience4+ years' experience with host system implementations, installations, migrations (Epic, Cerner are a plus)4+ years' experience with ICD10 diagnosis and procedure codes, CPT-4 codes, 837 format and UB04/1500/ADA paper forms within the medical billing processBachelor's degree. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
