About this role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join Experian's North America Partner Solutions (EPS) business within Experian Consumer Services. This is a critical role for a business-focused finance leader who can manage Partner Solutions revenue end to end. You will report to the Senior Finance Director and join a team that values accuracy, speed, and clear expectations.

What you'll do

Partner with the sales team as a finance advisor, translating revenue data into guidance that informs deal decisions and revenue projectionsDeliver clear, well-informed analysis that helps leaders understand revenue performance and business impactBe the primary contact for revenue-related questions from commercial teams and EPS finance leadershipDevelop executive-ready revenue analytics beyond standard reporting to provide applicable insights into product mix, industry trends, and the client portfolioProduce business unit reviews and quarterly performance materialsManage sales compensation, including targeting, compensation plans, achievement reporting, commission payouts, and escalations, sometimes through othersOversee the annual revenue budgeting and strategic planning process, aligning revenue narratives across senior business leadersPartner with Global Financial Services and NA Strategic Pricing to ensure accurate revenue and commission outcomes Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field5+ years of relevant experience in finance, management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar environment, including FP&A and project management experienceExperience conveying complex issues in a simple mannerExperian balancing between detailed and high-level stories and summaries while maintaining accuracyExperience developing predictive analyses and using large data setsProficiency with analytical tools Hyperion SmartView, Tableau and Power BI Benefits/Perks:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
