The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and day-to-day operation of MURU Restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, financial performance, operational excellence, and team engagement. The role oversees all aspects of the restaurant's operation, including service standards, revenue generation, cost control, talent development, guest satisfaction, and compliance with Hilton and Waldorf Astoria brand standards. As a key ambassador of the MURU concept, the Restaurant General Manager will drive innovation, cultivate a culture of luxury hospitality, and position the restaurant as a premier dining destination in Doha.
