About this role
The Compliance Assurance Programme (CAP) Team Assistant Manager plays a key role in independently testing, evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of the Firm’s System of Quality Management and related risk management policies. The role provides assurance to senior leadership and regulators that controls are appropriately designed, implemented, operating effectively, and supported by robust, inspection‑ready evidence and conclusions.
