Roles & responsibilities As a Product team member, Being a part of KPMG Product Business Partnering team, the candidate will be part of design & develop and deployment of various solutions in the Data & Analytics Understand the tech stack of the product. Work closely with technical team covering SDLC phases including deployment and integration of data and analytic solutions into KCw Workbench Must possess strong critical thinking abilities, enabling them to analyze complex problems, evaluate potential solutions, and make informed decisions Open to learn different tools and technologies related to KPMG Audit Data & Analytics. Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, demonstrating excellent teamwork and communication skills to ensure cross collaboration across member firms Understanding of industry best practices about business analysis and solution ownership, with keen ability to gather and synthesize information comprehensively, ensuring that all relevant data is considered in decision-making processes management and testing processes are maintained Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, converting them into clear, actionable user stories that guide development. Strong ability to use technology continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery Contribute to technical and soft-skills training to continually develop the team's skills on industry specific areas of work Ensure effective project control, change control, risk Drive ideas related to efficiencies, compliance and projects Sound understanding of various internal frameworks and guidelines; ensuring adherence of self and team Prepare comprehensive documentation and maintain compliance with firm policies, quality standards, and audit requirements. Build trusted relationships with global and member‑firm stakeholders to ensure consistent understanding of priorities and constraints.

Mandatory technical & functional skills Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodology Understanding of KCw Workflow/similar Cloud based audit platforms and how engagement teams document their D&A activity. Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding core aspects of product development and feasibility. Good working knowledge of product management concepts and practices, with the ability to apply them in day‑to‑day product activities. Ability to think ahead and contribute to product plans that support business goals and user needs. Strong team collaboration skills and clear communication with cross‑functional groups and stakeholders. Ability to interpret data, analyze issues, and support decision‑making using relevant insights.
This role is for you if you have the below Educational qualifications Qualified Chartered Accountant with technical expertise Or •MBA with experience working on product management role Work experience 5-7 years of experience years post qualification with 3 years of articleship experience mandatory Non CA: 8-10 years of relevant work experience
