About this role
We are seeking a Project Manager – New Product Development to lead cross-functional projects for the development, customization, industrialization, and launch of cold plate products and liquid cooling solutions. As part of the global Thermal Program management team, the Project Manager will be responsible and accountable for managing projects from inception to product launch, including new product development, customer-specific engineered-to-order solutions, product customization, and product transfers into production. This role will coordinate the efforts of engineering, product management, manufacturing engineering, operations, procurement, quality, order fulfillment, logistics, service, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
