About this role
Reporting to the Sector Head, FMCG, the role holder will be responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and sustainability of the FMCG Corporate portfolio by implementing sector-focused strategies aligned with the overall Corporate Banking business objectives. The incumbent will develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders, deliver innovative and tailored financial solutions, and identify opportunities to expand the Bank’s business within the sector. The role will be accountable for portfolio growth through effective client acquisition, relationship management, cross-selling of the Bank’s products and services, and the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. The position will also ensure prudent credit and risk management, maintain portfolio quality within approved risk parameters, and uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance and governance.
