Reporting to the Director, Corporate Banking, the role holder will provide strategic leadership for the Client Coverage function, driving business growth, profitability, and market leadership across key corporate sectors. The position is responsible for developing and executing client coverage strategies that enhance revenue, return on equity (ROE), market share, and shareholder value in partnership with revenue-generating and support functions across KCB Bank Group. The role will oversee the management and growth of strategic industry portfolios, including Infrastructure & Energy, Oil & Gas, FMCG, Industrials, Financial Services, and Regional Corporate Banking, by delivering sector-led insights, innovative client solutions, and differentiated value propositions.
