About this role
The Senior Manager – Project and Structured Finance directs and leads the planning and execution of funding transactions under the Investment and funding sub function of the Treasury CoE. The role ensures sufficient liquidity and gearing on the MTN balance sheet, that is, to structure and define funding solutions and to obtain funding for the MTN Holding Companies and OpCos. The Senior Manager - Project and Structured Finance reports into GM: Capital, Investment and Funding in a specialist role supported by Opco Treasurers and CFOs. The position will interface with the CoE and Opco stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient operations.
