About this role
The Tax department processes the taxation of the various instruments based upon client instructions. It involves the collection of the tax documentation, verification, and input in our system as well as the processing of the different tax rates and reporting to the IRS. As a career path, you will first learn the various tasks linked to the tax processing to be able to handle more and more complex issues. As the team is structured around the Lean principles, it is expected from each team member to be involved in the Continuous improvement process. In this framework, some team projects may be assigned to you, their size evolving with your expertise.
