As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of Digitide Solutions, representing the company's brand and values. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing support, and offering solutions to their needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a prompt and professional response to inquiries. • Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement. • Collaborate with the Collections team to ensure a smooth and efficient process, minimizing customer disruptions. • Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their requests or issues, keeping them informed. • Conduct thorough research and analysis to address complex customer queries or concerns. • Assist in developing and implementing customer engagement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. • Work closely with the FOS (Front Office Support) team to streamline processes and improve efficiency. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a collections or customer support environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset, with a focus on building positive relationships. • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively. • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues. • A positive and professional attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. • Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands and a willingness to learn and grow within the role. • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in a relevant field is preferred.
