About this role
JOB DESCRIPTION: Propose, coordinate, and/or execute litigation strategies by assigning and supervising external attorneys, in accordance with current Mexican legislation and the company's established policies, rules, and procedures. Additionally, provide legal advice and support to the various business units to ensure the effective defense of the company's interests, mitigate legal risks, prevent disputes, and safeguard its assets and strategic objectives.
