Join the NHS Alliance's ICB Network and help support the senior leaders shaping health and care services across England.
The ICB Network is the only independent national network for leaders of England's integrated care boards. Shaped by its members, it provides a forum to share ideas, experiences and challenges, offer peer support and support the development of ICBs as strategic commissioners.
Working as part of a dynamic team, you will play a key role in delivering the Network's member engagement, forums, events, visits and projects, requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to build effective relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across the health and care system.
Main duties of the job
As an Engagement & Delivery Officer in the ICB Network, you will:
Support member and stakeholder engagement by coordinating meetings, visits, communications and maintaining CRM records.Coordinate and deliver forums, events, conferences and visits, ensuring a high-quality member experience and effective information sharing.Provide project support through research, data gathering and the development of briefings, case studies and other member outputs.Support cross-network programmes and activities, helping deliver joined-up services for members.Manage key administration, including meetings, travel, financial processes, enquiries and record management.

Engagement support
Supported by the team, help to ensure good engagement with and across the network membership by helping to complete our engagement tracker, coordinate meetings with members and other stakeholders, maintain our CRM, and supporting the coordination of visits.Help to coordinate visits programme when a visit will involve multiple directors, networks or teams.Contribute to cross-network activity, including developing briefings, articles, case studies and member roundtables.Project and event support
Support the delivery of network projects to provide holistic, joined-up services for our members.Assist other members of the network in co-ordinating larger events and meetings, including member conferences. This may include sourcing and booking venues and liaising with events staff on logistics.Support the delivery of our key ICB member forums, helping to collate, share and signpost relevant information.Collate data and background research as required to support delivery of policy projects and published outputs.Attend external events to provide logistical and administrative support as required. Provide flexible capacity to respond to evolving business priorities.Administrative support
Support with the delivery of key logistical requirements for the organisation, such as organising travel and accommodation for leaders.Help fulfil processes for matrix and integrated working across NHS Alliance, for example, organising key cross-organisational meetings, drafting minutes and ensuring actions are fulfilled, and working with internal stakeholders to progress key activity.Process financial requests such as purchase orders.Manage the ICB Network email account, logging enquiries and ensuring all are dealt with promptly and professionally.Support Network and cross-Network activity with administrative and logistical requirements as necessary for example arranging internal and external meetings, arranging catering, preparing and circulating papers before and after the meeting.
Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
The postholder is required to meet the skills and behaviours as set out in schedule 1 in addition to the following role specific criteria. 1. Demonstrable administrative experience,such as coordinating meetings, planning travel, diary coordination and cross organisational administration. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, such as letter writing, drafting emails to stakeholders, and writing briefings for events or important meetings. 3. Experience delivering or supporting engagement activity, such as regular stakeholder meetings, organising roundtables 4. Ability to manage a fast-paced workload with multiple competing priorities and responding to emerging priorities or ad hoc requests and requirements. 5. Ability to identify and collate information from a variety of sources to support project delivery

Desirable criteria are only used where there are a high number of candidates who meet the essential criteria or where there is a need to differentiate between 2 or more equally appointable candidates based on their assessment against the essential criteria. 1. Experience organising meetings with senior leaders, and high-profile events and conferences. 2. Experience using CRM tools, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365, and/or mass marketing or communications tools (such as DotDigital or Mailchimp). 3. A demonstrable interest in working within the health and care sector
