About the role
Every day is different in our retail team. From opening the store and receiving deliveries, to supporting customers with their lunch-time choices and helping the team deliver great service, you’ll play an important role in keeping our store running smoothly.
As a Retail Supervisor, you’ll lead shifts, support and motivate colleagues, and help create a welcoming experience for students, staff, and visitors. You’ll be hands-on, organised, and ready to get involved wherever you’re needed.
You’ll be responsible for:
Leading and supporting the team during busy shifts Delegating tasks and solving problems quickly Ensuring excellent customer service and a well-presented store Maintaining food safety, stock rotation, and store standards Supporting opening and closing procedures Handling customer queries, including allergen-related questions
About You
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering great service.
You’ll have:
Experience supervising or supporting a team in retail, hospitality, or a customer-focused role A positive attitude and the ability to motivate others Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise tasks Confidence dealing with customers and solving problems Good attention to detail and a commitment to safe working practices
