Christ the Redeemer College (CRC), London, is seeking an enthusiastic and student-focused Lecturer in Business Management to join our growing academic team. We welcome applications from candidates with expertise in various functional areas of business management including Human Resource Management, Marketing, Accounting and Finance, Project Management, Entrepreneurship, etc. Due to our delivery model, we require flexibility to teach during weekdays, morning and evenings and weekends.
The successful candidate will contribute to high-quality teaching, assessment, student support, and curriculum development within a dynamic higher education environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging teaching and learning at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Design, assess and provide constructive feedback on student work. Support students through academic guidance and pastoral care. Contribute to curriculum development and quality enhancement activities. Participate in student recruitment, retention and engagement initiatives. Engage in scholarly activity and continuous professional development. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental objectives.
Essential Requirements
Ideally master's degree or higher in relevant discipline to business management Experience of teaching in Higher Education, Further Education or professional education settings. Experience of student assessment and support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to academic excellence, equality, diversity and inclusion.
Desirable Requirements
Fellowship of Advance HE or a recognised teaching qualification. Experience teaching on BA, MA and/or BTEC programmes. Industry, consultancy or research experience. Experience in curriculum design, module leadership or quality assurance.
