Summary of Job Description Responsible for providing health care support, medications, and first aid/treatment to sick or injured students. Duties also include inputting student health data into the computer system, scheduling appointments, answering phones, greeting visitors, ordering medical supplies, updating immunization records, and coordinating hearing and vision screenings. This position is instrumental in coordinating student care with the School-Based Health Center. Daily Responsibilities Input student health data into the computer system, including immunization records, illness/injury documentation, medications, daily clinic visits, and parental permissions. Dispense medication to authorized students in accordance with district policy and medication authorization requirements. Provide first aid and/or treatment to sick or injured students, including support for students with Emergency Action Plans and Diabetes Care Plans.
