Cross Country Coach Lincoln Middle School 2026-2027 Lincoln Middle School is seeking applicants for Cross Country coachs for the upcoming Cross Country season. This position supports LMS students in achieving success both athletically and academically. Responsibilities
• Effectively teach and develop fundamental cross country skills, techniques, and strategies.
• Plan, organize, conduct, and evaluate practice sessions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training plans and event-specific instruction.
• Serve as a leader, mentor, and role model for student-athletes.
• Collaborate with the full coaching staff to build a cohesive and competitive program.
• Attend all practices and meets
Compensation Compensation is provided through a coaching stipend and is determined based on available funding. Deadline: Open until filled.
