Education: High School Diploma or GED, Valid Texas educational aide certificate, Citizenship, residency, or work VISA in United States required. Special Knowledge and Skills: Ability to work well with children, Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior. Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to grow professionally.
