About this role
The DCIU is seeking PDE Certified Teachers in any subject area for full-time positions working with students in our Special Education programs located throughout Delaware County. Requirements:
• Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree
• Valid PA Certification in any subject and be willing to be emergency certified in Special Education
• Dual certification in special education and content area(s) preferred
• Ability to work effectively and regularly with a computer and computer programs
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possess excellent interpersonal and team building skills
• Possess strong organizational skills
• Ability to function independently
• Flexible and reliable
• Experience working with students with special needs preferred
