About this role
Freedom Elementary is seeking an assistant principal who is passionate about supporting students, staff, and families in a positive, safe learning environment. This individual would serve as an instructional leader, culture builder, and student advocate. They would work closely with the principal, administration team and all staff to promote student achievement and support school operations. Among some of the responsibilities are:
• promoting PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions & Supports)
• analyzing academic and behavior data for next steps
• collabortating with ILT (Instructional Leadership Team)
• participating in PLCs
• providing specific, timely feedback to teachers
