These positions are paid from ESS allocations and is funded for the 2026-2027 school year only. WAIVER Announcement: Interested applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. Bullitt County Public Schools is requesting a waiver to fill this position before the standard 15-day posting period to ensure we are fully staffed for the upcoming school year. Freedom Elementary is looking for an individual to provide targeted, small group support to our students in reading and math. This individual will collaborate with general education classroom teachers to help deliver instruction. The tutor will work 95 days this school year at 5 hours per day. Position Details Hours: 5 hours per day Contract Length: 95 days per year Contract Adjustments: Contracted days will be prorated based on the start date Employment Status:Part time (not eligible for benefits) Employment Type: 10-month employee on the classified pay schedule Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: Must have at least 64 college credits and a 2.5 GPA.
• Documentation: Candidates must provide proof of educational requirements to HR upon recommendation for hire.
Compensation & Experience Credit 2026-2027 Pay Scale
• Starting Pay (Step 0): $24.63/hour
• Experienced Pay (Step 10): $26.97/hour
