About this role
The AM/PM Route Driver is responsible for safely transporting students to and from school according to established routes and schedules. This position conducts pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintains a safe and orderly environment on the bus, follows all traffic laws and district transportation policies, and communicates effectively with students, parents, school staff, and transportation supervisors. Drivers are expected to prioritize student safety, demonstrate professionalism and reliability, and report any accidents, incidents, mechanical issues, or disciplinary concerns in a timely manner.
