•Coaching experience at the High School level preferred •Valid R. I. Coaching Certification •Effective communication skills, oral and written •Successful interview with Selection Committee •Must successfully complete a BCI check •Must complete the RIIL coaches’ education program ,which includes the NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching course, within one year of hire •Must attend the Chemical Health Meeting with student/athletes •Must attend the annual coaches meeting
