About this role
Working with a local development company based in Castletownroche, you will receive a valuable work experience through helping the company maintain and enhance its existing buildings and grounds. Responsibilities: • Maintain the grounds and outbuildings in good condition through regular cleaning, tidying and organising. • Grass cutting, strimming, weeding, litter picking. • Taking in and storing deliveries. • Organising equipment in outbuildings. • Painting and minor repairs. Skills: • Good DIY skills • Work on own initiative • Good team player • Adaptable and Flexible. • A current clean driving license. CE Scheme Skills
