About this role
Carpenter required to work at Premier Irish Homes at Mullaghboy Industrial Estate, Navan, Co. Meath, C15FX29, Ireland. The candidate must have at least 6 months’ experience in the role. Duties include lifting and replacing floors, installing timber, laminate, or vinyl flooring with detailed finishing, hanging and adjusting internal doors including frames, architraves, and ironmongery, and ensuring proper alignment and operation. It includes full kitchen installations with units, worktops, panels, plinths, and associated carpentry finishes, as well as general carpentry and fit-out tasks such as skirtings, architraves, boxing, repairs, and upgrades. The role also covers completing carpentry snagging, maintaining tidy work areas, ensuring quality and compliance with health and safety standards, providing progress updates and documentation of completed work, fitting new external windows and doors, installing stair handrails, carrying out roof repairs, and performing both first and second fix carpentry.
