Position Title: Maintenance (Community Employment – Developmental Opportunity) This is a developmental opportunity, and no previous experience is required. Fully accredited training will be provided to support participants in developing practical skills and building a career in maintenance and facilities support. Duties Include: General building and grounds maintenance Minor repairs and basic DIY tasks Painting, cleaning, and upkeep of communal areas Assisting with health and safety checks Maintaining facilities for community use Working as part of a team supporting the local community Key Requirement: Irish Sign Language (ISL) is essential for this role. The successful participant will be working closely with members of the Deaf community, where ISL is the first language. All participants will be expected to learn ISL ISL classes will be provided as part of the programme Eligibility must be verified by the Department of Social Protection.
