Job Title: Playgroup Leader Employer: Phoenix Childcare Limited Locations: Luttrellstown Community Centre, Porterstown Road, Clonsilla, Dublin 15 / Huntstown Community Centre, Huntstown Way, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15 / Tristian Square, Chapelizod Hill Road, Dublin 20 Annual Salary: €37,544 Weekly Hours: 40 hrs Key Responsibilities: Supervise and engage children in games and activities that foster physical, social, and language skills. Prepare and maintain play areas and materials to support a wide range of children's activities. Encourage children's independence, self-confidence, and positive social interactions. Organise and oversee children's excursions and outings. Ensure all activities comply with Health and Safety regulations, responding effectively to any injuries or emergencies. Maintain a clean and organized environment by putting away equipment and cleaning the premises after use. Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues, maintaining accurate records as required. Requirements: Experience working in the field. Excellent communication skills. Ability to maintain a positive approach in a sometimes-challenging environment. Caring and empathetic nature. Fluency in English is required. A second language would be an advantage. A positive ‘can do’ attitude and an enthusiasm for providing exceptional service to meet the needs of the company is required. CV's to: [email protected]
