Beauchamp House Surgeryare seeking two dynamic salaried GPs to work on behalf of our Chelmsford City Health PCN. The role will formpart of our multi-disciplinary team delivering proactive, holistic care for patients with complex needs and long-term conditions across ourfour GP practices. The first position is for 6 sessions each week looking after patients from our Beauchamp House and Whitley House Surgeries and the second role is for 4 sessions per week caring for patients based at Baddow Village and Stock Surgeries.
You will be a key player in our growing team, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary colleagues including GPs, nurses, pharmacists, paramedics, a digital and transformation manager, social prescribers, general practice assistants and care coordinators.

About us
Beauchamp House Surgery currently employ almost 40 staff, valuing our employees and encouraging their career progression. We are a friendly practice with loyal and long serving employees and a dedicated team who meet together regularly both formally and informally. We support just under 12,000 patients. We offer high quality clinical care, which recognises the importance of physical, psychological and spiritual factors for health and wellbeing. We work in partnership with our patients to provide care which is centred on the needs of each patient, while using the resources available to us as equitably and effectively as possible. We achieve high Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) results and have an excellent level of patient satisfaction. The building comprises eight consulting rooms, a large waiting room, reception area, four treatment rooms and small clinic room at ground floor level; and offices, staff room, and other accommodation on the first floor. There are separate patients and staff car parks. In recent years we have joined the Chelmsford City Health Primary Care Network, and take an active role in the work of this group.

Qualifications Essential
Fully qualified GP with GMC registration Annual appraisal and revalidation (when appropriate) Be on the NHSE medical performers list
Experience Essential
Good understanding and experience of chronic disease management, and primary prevention and screening services; Ability to take responsibility for your own career development, learning and performance and are responsible for ensuring that all your mandatory training is in date; Awareness of and compliance with all relevant practice policies and guidelines, e.g. prescribing, confidentiality, data protection, health and safety; Commitment to life-long learning and audit to ensure evidence-based best practice; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a confidential manner.
