Bachelor's Degree in HR, Hospitality, Education, or related field.Minimum 3 years of Learning & Development experience, preferably in hospitality.Strong knowledge of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), training design, facilitation, and learning evaluation.Experience in developing training calendars, managing learning records, monitoring training compliance, and leading internship, trainee, and leadership development programs.Familiar with Forbes Service Standards and luxury guest experience training.Excellent presentation, communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.Proficient in Microsoft Office and LMS.Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
