Assist in handling reservations and bookings Provide information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities Assist with checking guests in and out Manage incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experience Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information Requirements
Open exclusively for Indonesian citizenMinimum 1 years' experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, effectively prioritize, and manage time efficiently.Customer service-oriented mindsetExcellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantageDiploma in Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
