Roles and Responsibilities:
Screening resumes and candidates - through e-mail, phone call and web (100% English)Facilitating quality interviewsNegotiating salary and hiring requirements with stakeholdersAttending job fairs and hiring eventsGenerating reports for the Recruitment leadership and company stakeholders as neededTracking staffing information and properly maintaining employee databaseCommunicating effectively with candidatesManaging background and reference checks
Requirements
With a Bachelor's degree in Psych, HR, Business Ad, Behavioral Science, or similarWith at least 6 months of recruitment experience (fresh grads can apply)With Excellent verbal and written English skillsMust be familiar with MS ToolsWilling to work onsite in MandaluyongBenefits
