Roles and ResponsibilitiesGenerate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering staffing, service levels, adherence, and other operational metricsAnalyze trends and identify variances in key performance indicators to provide actionable insightsEnsure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all reports and data outputsCollaborate with Workforce Management and Operations teams to understand and deliver reporting requirementsMaintain and enhance reporting frameworks to support evolving business needsAutomate recurring reports and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effortDevelop dashboards and visual reporting tools to improve data accessibility and interpretationSupport ad hoc reporting requests and provide data-driven recommendationsMonitor data quality and resolve discrepancies through validation and reconciliation processesDocument reporting processes and maintain clear guidelines to ensure consistencyAssist in continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting and analytics capabilitiesEngage stakeholders to clarify reporting needs and present insights in a clear, structured mannerRequirements
At least 6 months of Real Time Analyst/Workforce experience in a BPO settingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced proficiency in MS ExcelStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent analytical skillsStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work well in a team environment.Ability to work independentlyWilling to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, MandaluyongAmenable working night shift
