Account specific roles and responsibilitiesProcess payroll accurately and on schedule.Review and verify employee timesheets, attendance, overtime, and leave records.Prepare payroll reports and maintain accurate payroll records.Process new hires, employee status changes, and direct deposits in the payroll system.Answer incoming phone calls and respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and managersRequirements
At least 6 months of Payroll experienceAccounts Payable experience is an advantageBPO experience is a PLUSProficient in using MS ExcelGood verbal and written communication skillsWilling to work onsite in Buendia, Makati or Shaw Blvd, MandaluyongAmenable working night shiftBenefits
