*About the Position*
TNT Excavation & Construction is looking to add an experienced Carpenter to our growing team.
We specialize in residential and light commercial construction projects, including garages, sheds, decks, fences, excavation, and site work. We are looking for a dependable carpenter who takes pride in quality workmanship, has a strong work ethic, and enjoys working as part of a team.
*Duties*
* Framing garages, sheds, decks, and other wood structures * Assisting with site work and general construction tasks * Read and interpret construction plans and layouts * Safely operate power tools and hand tools * Work alongside a crew to complete projects efficiently * Maintain a safe and organized job site
*Qualifications*
* Experience in carpentry and/ or general construction * Ability to read plans and technical drawings * Experience using power tools and hand tools * Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Required*
* Valid driver's license * Clean driver's abstract * Reliable transportation to and from work (shop location is not on bus route) * Strong work ethic and reliability * Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
*Job Type*
* Full-time * Monday to Friday, day shift * Competitive wages based on experience
