We are a patient-centered dental office in Airdrie looking for a Licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who brings skill, positive energy, and a great attitude to work every day. *How You Will Contribute:*
* Partner with the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are ready, sterilized, and the operatory is organized. * Capture high-quality dental radiographs as needed. * Maintain accurate patient records using Cleardent software. * Empower and educate patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and their treatment plans. * Help manage scheduling and patient flow efficiently, answering questions and ensuring a smooth experience. * Assist with specialized procedures, including orthodontic and pediatric care. * Ensure full compliance with all health and safety standards.
