We?re a patient-centered dental office looking for a Licensed *Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)* who brings skill, energy, and a great attitude to work every day.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* - Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are ready and sterilized * - Take initiative to keep your day organized and running smoothly * - Capture dental radiographs as needed * - Maintain accurate patient records using Cleardent software * - Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-op care, and treatment plans * - Manage scheduling and patient flow efficiently, addressing questions and concerns * - Assist with orthodontic and pediatric procedures * - Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards * - Maintain a clean, organized operatory
