Key Responsibilities
* Perform full grooming services including bathing, brushing, clipping, scissoring, deshedding, nail trims, ear cleaning, and breed-specific or custom styling. * Consult with pet parents to understand grooming requests and provide professional recommendations. * Manage appointment times efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship. * Maintain personal grooming tools and ensure all equipment and workstations meet cleanliness and safety standards. * Work collaboratively with the daycare, reception, and management teams to provide an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications
* Minimum *1?2 years* of professional dog grooming experience. * Dog grooming certification is considered an asset. * Must provide and maintain your own professional grooming tools. * Strong knowledge of breed standards and grooming techniques. * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Friendly, outgoing, compassionate, and dependable. * A genuine passion for dogs and exceptional customer service.
