This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively.
*Responsibilities*
* Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their needs and inquiries. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the customer experience. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures. * Maintain merchandising standards by organizing product displays and ensuring shelves are stocked. * Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks. * Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. * Communicate clearly with team members and management to ensure smooth operations. * Demonstrate technical sales knowledge by explaining product specifications and functionalities.
*Requirements*
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. * Experience with merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility. * Proficient in cashiering duties, including cash handling and operating POS systems. * Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store appearance. * Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
