You have experience with healthcare software systems and knowledge of data protection regulations in the healthcare industry. You have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You have a high proficiency level withMicrosoft Office applications, especially Excel and Access.A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.Written and spoken competence in English is required at an advanced level.What you will do You will ensure the availability, reliability and performance of essential databases and provide technical support for program staff.Acts as a liaison between the users and SNB or the vendor as required for issue escalation and resolution.Develops and maintains all educational documentations and training manuals.Account Management ? Creates new user accounts, as well as performs any maintenance and deactivation of these accounts.Documentation ? Establishes and maintains documentation to reflect customizations.Performs data mining and custom report design: Gathering detailed reporting requirements from the program and medical directors.
