Shipping & Receiving Supervisor
*Location:* Concord, ON *Job Type:* Full-time, Permanent
We are a well-established food importer and distributor serving major grocery chains and independent retailers across Canada. We are looking for an experienced *Shipping & Receiving Supervisor* to join our team and take ownership of our daily warehouse shipping and receiving operations.

Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities. * Schedule inbound and outbound shipments with carriers. * Prepare and verify shipping documentation. * Ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time. * Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, Procurement, and Warehouse teams. * Resolve shipping discrepancies and transportation issues. * Maintain inventory accuracy and investigate variances. * Communicate with freight carriers regarding appointments, delays, claims, and deliveries. * Ensure compliance with company procedures and food safety requirements. * Support warehouse shipping and receiving staff.
Qualifications
* Minimum *3-5 years* of experience in shipping and receiving supervision. * Experience in a distribution or warehouse environment. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. * Experience working with ERP/WMS systems. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Experience in the food industry is considered a strong asset.
