<p>Role Manager – ELP Cell<br>Reporting to - GM - HR<br>Job Summary The incumbent will be responsible for partnering with the Engineering Leadership<br>Program (ELP) talent pool and business leaders to drive the employee lifecycle,<br>talent management, career progression, engagement, and retention of ELP<br>participants. The role will act as a dedicated HR Business Partner for high-potential<br>engineering talent, ensuring a structured development journey and creating a robust<br>leadership pipeline for the organization.<br>Responsibilities • HR Business Partnering<br>o Serve as the primary HR point of contact for trainees in the Engineering<br>Leadership Program.<br>o Partner with business leaders, functional heads, and program<br>stakeholders to ensure effective deployment and development of ELP<br>talent.<br>o Facilitate seamless employee integration across functions, projects,<br>and locations.<br>• Talent Management & Career Development<br>o Design and manage the 3 to 5-year career progression framework for<br>ELP participants.<br>o Monitor individual development plans, learning milestones, role<br>rotations, and readiness for future roles.<br>o Conduct periodic talent reviews and succession planning discussions<br>for ELP talent.<br>o Identify high-potential employees and recommend development<br>interventions to accelerate growth.<br>• Employee Engagement & Retention<br>o Drive engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience and<br>retention within the ELP cohort.<br>o Conduct regular connect sessions, pulse checks, and feedback<br>discussions.<br>o Track employee sentiment and proactively address concerns impacting<br>engagement and productivity.<br>o Support the creation of a strong ELP alumni and networking culture<br>within the organization.<br>• Employee Relations & Grievance Management<br>o Act as a trusted advisor for ELP employees on workplace concerns and<br>career-related discussions.<br>o Manage employee grievances, conflicts, and escalations in a timely and<br>confidential manner.<br>o Facilitate resolution of employee issues through collaboration with<br>business leaders and HR teams.<br>o Ensure adherence to organizational policies and employee relations<br>best practices.<br>• Performance & Development<br>o Support performance management processes for ELP employees,<br>including goal setting, reviews, and development planning.<br>o Partner with Learning & Development teams to identify capabilitybuilding<br>requirements.<br>o Track progress against development objectives and recommend<br>interventions where required.<br>• Program Governance & Analytics<br>o Maintain ELP employee records, movement history, development<br>milestones, and career progression plans.<br>o Prepare dashboards and reports on key metrics such as retention,<br>engagement, internal movements, performance, and talent readiness.<br>o Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for strengthening<br>the Engineering Leadership Program.<br>Qualification MBA in HR from Tier 1 / Tier 2 - B-school is required<br>Experience • 5–8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management,<br>Leadership Development, or Employee Relations.<br>• Experience working with graduate trainee, leadership development,<br>management trainee, or high-potential talent programs will be preferred.<br>• Exposure to engineering, manufacturing, EPC, infrastructure, or project-based<br>organizations will be an advantage.</p>
