project health check assessment for joint venture projects and present the outcome to the project sponsor.</em></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><em>Analyze projects performance and present results to the project team and project sponsor.</em></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><em>Prepare reports to analyses project progress in development or execution stages</em></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><em>Facilitate project risks analysis.</em></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><em>Collect and analyze projects lessons learned </em></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><em>Support project team by providing them with consultation in project management best practices and procedures.</em></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><em>Review and analyze project economics, governance, organization setup, execution strategy, cost estimating, scheduling, contracting, procurements, risk management. </em></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><em>Provide support to develop the business plan, project feasibility study, project technical development.</em></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><em>Analyze claims and advice on negotiation strategies.</em></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><em>Conduct benchmarking studies.</em></li> </ul> <p style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></p> <p style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in <em>engineering </em>from a recognized and approved program. <em>A master degree in engineering is preferred</em>.</p> <p style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">You will have <em>15 years work </em>experiences in <em>project management, </em>including at least <em>10 years</em> as project or construction engineer.</p> <ul style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">you must have<em> PMP certificate from Project Management Institute (or equivalent)</em></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><em>You must have work experiences in mega projects for refineries, petrochemicals or infrastructure industries.</em></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">you will also have experiences in developing project scope, project schedule and cost estimates.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><em>You must have experience and knowledge in modularization and stick built construction processes. </em></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">you will be able to demonstrate <em>knowledge in project engineering practices, governance, bid evaluation, cost estimating, planning, scheduling and technical development. </em></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><em>You will have the ability to work in international business environment and cross-cultural professional. </em></li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">you must have professional level in working with MS office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Power BI.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><em>Presentation skills and efficient communication </em>are necessary.</li> </ul>
